From Downtown or the East Side
Take N. WATER ST. south, under I-794, into the Third Ward. E. ST. PAUL AVE. is the first street south of the freeway. The theatre is on your left, just south of E. ST. PAUL AVE. Or use Broadway to enter the Third Ward, then turn right at E. ST. PAUL AVE. and go one block west. The Off-Broadway Theatre is on your left. We're in the white, 8-story building with black "AVEDA", at the SOUTHEAST corner of N. WATER ST. and E. ST. PAUL AVE. across from the Milwaukee Public Market.

From the North (Green Bay)
Take I-43 SOUTH to downtown Milwaukee and take the FOND DU LAC / MCKINLEY AVE. exit ramp. Turn slight LEFT onto W. MCKINLEY AVE. (Eastbound towards the lake). Continue onto E. KNAPP ST. Heading into the downtown area, turn RIGHT onto N. WATER ST. You will go through downtown and under the freeway (I-794) before arriving in the Third Ward. The Off-Broadway Theatre will be on your left. We're in the white, 8-story building with black "AVEDA" awnings, at the SOUTHEAST corner of N. WATER ST. and E. ST. PAUL AVE. across from the Milwaukee Public Market.

From the South (Chicago)
Take I-94/I-43 heading NORTH to Milwaukee and take the PLANKINTON AVE. exit ramp just before downtown. Proceed NORTH 1.5 blocks on PLANKINTON AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MICHIGAN AVE. and proceed for 1 block. Turn RIGHT onto N. WATER ST. and proceed to the Third Ward until E. ST. PAUL AVE.. You will pass underneath the freeway (I-794) and see the Milwaukee Public Market on your LEFT. The Off-Broadway Theatre is in the white, 8-story building with black "AVEDA" awnings, at the SOUTHEAST corner of N. WATER ST. and E. ST. PAUL AVE. across from the Milwaukee Public Market.

From the West (Madison)
Take I-94 EAST to downtown Milwaukee (I-94 turns into I-794) and take the ST. PAUL AVE. exit ramp just before downtown. At the stoplight at the end of the ramp, turn LEFT onto E. ST. PAUL AVE. Travel EASTBOUND on ST. PAUL AVE. past the Milwaukee Intermodal Station, the Milwaukee Post Office and across the river until N. WATER ST. The Off-Broadway Theatre will be on your left. We're in the white, 8-story building with black "AVEDA" awnings, at the SOUTHEAST corner of N. WATER ST. and E. ST. PAUL AVE. across from the Milwaukee Public Market.
