A little help goes a long way!
Next Act is raising money to replace the Off Broadway Theatre with a new home, and we need your help!
We need to raise $950,000, which sounds like a lot of money, but we have already received hundreds of thousands in pledges and gifts. Board members, foundations, corporations and a wide array of patrons have stepped forward with astonishing generosity.
On top of that, long-time supporters and subscribers David and Julia Uihlein have presented Next Act patrons with a challenge: collectively commit $850,000 to the campaign by December 31, 2010, and they will add the final $100,000 to finish the job.
If each Next Act household sends an average of $250 to the campaign, we will smash the goal. Obviously some can afford much more, others less, but with many hands, a modest commitment can add up to a terrific theatre.
