Next Act's New Theatre Space!
Next Act Theatre has built a brand new theatre facility, not just for us, but for the community. It's easy to get to and offers great parking and area amenities. The space includes a 150 seat theatre, box office, concessions, rehearsal space, dressing rooms and administrative offices.
The new performance space is located at 255 S. Water Street in Milwaukee's Walkers Point - Fifth Ward neighborhood!
Bus Route
Public transportation is an easy and convenient way to visit us. The #11 bus stops on the corner of S. Water St. and Pittsburgh Ave. The #15 bus stops on the corner of S. 1st St and Pittsburgh Ave. Visit the Milwaukee County Transit System web site for more information and to plan your bus route.
From Downtown or the East Side
Take N. Water St. and travel South over the river bridge (N. Water turns into S. 1st St.) to E. Pittsburgh Ave. Turn Left on E. Pittsburgh and travel 2 blocks to S. Water St. Turn right on S. Water St.

From the North (Green Bay)
Take I-43 South/I-94 E to I-794 E (signs for Interstate 794 E/Lakefront/Port of Milw)
Take the Jackson Street exit and immediately turn right onto St. Paul Ave. Go two blocks and turn left on to Milwaukee St. heading South. Follow Milwaukee St. (turns into Young St.) over the bridge and immediately turn left onto S. Water St.
Next Act Theatre will be on the right side of the street, 255 S Water St, Milwaukee, WI 53204
From the South (Chicago)
Take I-43 N/I-94 E to I-794 E (signs for Interstate 794 E/Lakefront/Port of Milw)

Parking
Free and ample street parking is available directly in front of the theatre on S. Water St., as well as on E. Pittsburgh Ave. and Barclay St. In the graphic, GREEN indicates free parking.
